hi tumblr GUESS WHAT i’m not dead
i just haven’t had internet access at home or a computer
and it’s really terrifying to get on tumblr on a library computer when all around are nice respectable old people and something both beautifully drawn and extremely explicit could pop up at the top of my dash at any moment

Yesterday my little brother (Scotty, 11) ran his first race, the Waynesville Main Street Mile, and I jogged along with him to provide moral support.

So I tagged along with my dad to this little cross country 5k and ended up banditing it on a whim (no one kill me please, it was okay!) and it was just really excellent.
Like, I went into it having done a pretty hard run the day before so I was already tired and wasn’t even registered so I didn’t feel any pressure to do well or get a good time so I could just enjoy it.
